WILLIAM E. HOWLAND

William E. Howland has practiced law since 2022. Prior to joining Huber & Palsir, LLC, Mr. Howland worked as Associate Staff Counsel with the Pennsylvania State Education Association, where he practiced labor, education and employment law. Mr. Howland graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2022.
Mr. Howland is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Mr. Howland attended The George Washington University, where he earned a degree in economics.
