Robert A. Huber, Esquire has been in practice assisting injury and accident victims for over 17 years, founding Huber & Palsir, LLC in June of 2007. He is a former partner of Etkin & Huber, LLP and Yankowitz, Etkin and Huber, LLP. Robert is an experienced litigator, having tried bench and jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, as well as medical malpractice cases. Over the past 10 years, he has successfully handled multiple seven figure personal injury and many significant work place injury cases. Complex matters such as delayed diagnosis of cancer, failure to diagnosis and treat a stroke victim in a timely manner, and construction accidents involving negligent crane operation, welder’s flash injuries and negligent hiring/supervising of employees cases are all within his expertise. Robert is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a major in Finance and Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Association of Justice. In addition to his professional training, Robert is also an active member of his parish community and a busy father to three children.
