Robert Huber

Robert Huber has represented injury victims in Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania for nearly 30 years, founding Huber & Palsir, LLC in 2007. He is a 1990 graduate of Villanova Law School and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has had several seven figure verdicts and settlements, and has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2012 – 2020.

Mr. Huber has served as co-chair and executive committee member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s
Workers Compensation Section. He is a frequent contributor to AVVO’s personal injury and workers compensation forum. He is a 2020 co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Committee.

Mr. Huber attended the University of Nebraska for his undergraduate studies in business administration. He is active at St. James Roman Catholic Church, serving in several capacities and on many committees there.

Susan Palsir

Susan Palsir has practiced law since 1990 with extensive litigation experience from her years as an Assistant Prosecutor and Family Court Unit Chief in Mercer County, New Jersey. She is also a founding partner in Huber & Palsir, LLC. She is presently of counsel to Huber & Palsir, LLC.

Ms. Palsir has served on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations including the New Jersey State Museum in Trenton, NJ during the past 12+ years to present, as well as Enable.

Ms. Palsir attended the College of the Holy Cross for her undergraduate studies, with a major in English.

Thomas E. Copain

Thomas Copain has practiced law since  2016, with  litigation experience in workers compensation, automobile and premises liability cases.  Mr. Copain is a 2014 graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston.  He is a skilled brief writer, researcher and is a rising young attorney at Huber &  Palsir.  He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Copain attended Penn State for his undergraduate studies, receiving a degree in journalism. Tom has successfully tried and handled workers compensation cases, auto and premises liability cases.
